What is it?
The Lab Results Consult is a focused, practical review of one comprehensive preventive blood panel, such as Function Health, Superpower, InsideTracker, or labs from your annual physical. We look beyond what’s simply in or out of range to find the patterns that matter most for you, then translate them into clear next steps for diet, lifestyle, and supplement support. Before our session, you’ll complete a short form about your health history and current concerns and upload your results to my secure client portal, so I can review everything in advance. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed, prioritized summary of the action steps from our session. It works well as a single, standalone session or as a way to explore whether more in-depth functional medicine support is right for you.
